Place the tea bag into the cup; the warmth will immediately release the tea's aroma. 3. Inhale the fragrance; note how different oxidation and roasting levels yield distinct scents. 4. Pour in 300-500ml of hot water, ideally between 95°C - 100°C. 5. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then enjoy. 🔹 Cold Brew Method: 1. Tea to water ratio: 1g tea to 100ml water. 2. Place the tea bag in an empty bottle with a lid and add 300-600ml of room temperature drinking water. 3. Leave at room temperature for 2 hours. 4. Refrigerate for 8-12 hours. Your perfectly balanced cold brew tea is ready.
