"Baking tea" refers to the process of firing tea leaves. This roasting technique suppresses bitterness and astringency, enhances the tea's aroma, and deepens its lingering sweetness. In collaboration with Taiwanese illustrator Liang Gen (Yen-Ting Kuo), we've captured the brand's redefined product concept – "A Slower Day on the Tea Tray" – through his signature warm, hand-drawn style. The artwork blends architectural elements with the imagery of a tea tray, depicting the confluence of past and present within this historic century-old building located at No. 133, Section 1, Dihua Street.
