**Renaissance of Taste. The Art of Tea Tasting.**
**The Renaissance of Tea team visits tea plantations every year to discuss with their owners and tea artisans the desired level of fermentation and roasting based on the season and climate. Renaissance of Tea tasters then evaluate and select the finest teas so to make sure that every cup offered will bring guests a heart-touching moment.**
**We are always here to serve you the perfect taste of tea.**

▲ Oriental Beauty (Taiwan only - Honey Oolong tea)
Oriental Beauty, also known as White Tip Oolong, is a heavily fermented tea characteristic of its traditional processing of the tender tea buds bitten by small green leafhoppers. The amber or bright reddish-orange infusion lavishes unique accents of ripe fruits and honey with a touch of crisp freshness. Simply classic.
▲ Wenshan Baojhong (Lightly Oolong tea)
This tea is grown at altitudes of 200 to 800 meters in Pinglin, Taiwan, where cool temperatures and surrounded hills create quality harvests. This delightful flush boasts lightly-fermented strip-shaped leaves, which yield a pleasant cup with subtle flowery notes.
▲ Selected Alishan Oolong Tea
On the hillside of Alishan Mountains at altitudes of 1,400 to 1,700 meters in Chiayi Countay, Taiwan, the tea bushes enjoy the miraculous work of mountain mist, the lush grove and serene climate, which impart this tea with a unique scent of the high mountain air. With beautifully tight leaves, this Selected Alishan Oolong exudes an elegant and long-lasting fragrance and a smooth and mellow sweetness, and infuses into a glassy honey-green cup. Truly a tea of delight.
▲ Selected Dongding Oolong Tea
Masterfully fermented and roasted, this opulent and premium blend of spring harvests and winter harvests of Ching Shin Oolong from the Dong Ding Mountain tea growing area in Lugu, Taiwan, infuses into an enchantingly moist, rich and full-bodied red-gold cup spangled by a distinctive hint of sweet caramel and luxurious notes of fruits and flowers. A lingering tea even after multiple times of re-steep. A collection for storing and aging.
