- Admission begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time.
- Photos and videos taken during the workshop may be used for future promotional purposes. If you have any concerns, please inform us upon registration, and the organizer will take special care.
About Refunds:
For refund inquiries, please email us at: jestone.studio@gmail.com
- If the minimum number of participants for class opening is not met after registration, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- If you cancel five days prior to the event, a handling fee of NT$100 will be charged for administrative and arrangement purposes. The validity period for rescheduling is six months; expired vouchers will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made within five days due to personal reasons or no-shows on the day of the event will be considered forfeiture, and no refund or transfer will be issued.
- If the event is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a new date.
- If you are late and unable to fully participate in the workshop due to personal reasons, the instructor will complete the piece on your behalf that day.
