These pieces were created with the intention of preserving the memory of seaweed drifting in the ocean. We hope you can feel the beautiful shapes that nature creates, and the strength and vitality nurtured by the sea. We collect seaweed during our travels and walks by the sea, dry it, and then arrange it between two panes of glass to create these collages. To showcase the natural colors and forms as they are, we do not use any adhesives. We hope you can sense the passage of time, from the seaweed's origin to its final presentation within the frame.
