Completing an order signifies understanding and agreement with our Shopping Notice/Return & Exchange Policy. 2. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For urgent deliveries, please select home delivery. 3. Delivery is limited to mainland Taiwan. We do not offer delivery to outlying islands. 4. Due to parcel size limitations for convenience store pickups, please select home delivery if purchasing 3 or more pairs of shoes. 5. Most of our products are handmade, and minor imperfections such as residual glue, small stains, loose threads, slight gaps, or seam variations may occur. Marks from the handmade process or techniques (e.g., air bubbles, small particles) are not considered defects, as long as they do not affect the normal use of the product. 6. We recommend not submerging shoes, bags, or accessories in water for cleaning (this applies to all brands). Washing after wear may alter their appearance or leave cleaning marks. Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe away foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Dress shoes are packaged in shoe boxes, while slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during shipping and may be subject to minor dents or creases; packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the skin's natural characteristics and seasonal changes (unlike synthetic leather, which has a uniform appearance). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. Colors are subject to the actual product. Handmade items may have international standard allowable errors and measurement differences of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization marks or official logos) should not be replicated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoe box + outer box), including all accessories and tags attached. 2. Discounted offers or free shipping items purchased with a minimum spend or quantity cannot be partially returned. If you wish to return part of such an order, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. If you have concerns about your received item or a missing part, please provide a complete unboxing video to ensure mutual rights and facilitate a smooth return, exchange, or reshipment process. 4. Please do not affix shipping labels directly to the shoe box. If the shoe box or authorization mark is damaged due to improper packaging, a restoration fee of NT$100 will be charged. 5. Failure to pick up orders placed with convenience store payment-on-delivery will be reflected in your account rating.
