Tea Introduction:
Also known as Peng Feng Tea, Bai Hao Oolong, this semi-fermented tea is characterized by its prominent white down on the tea buds and undergoes the most extensive fermentation among oolong teas. Its unique ripe fruit and honey aroma are a result of the bites from the tea jassid (Jacobiasca formosana). Therefore, tea gardens must avoid all pesticide sprays to attract these beneficial insects.
As the sixth generation of our family's tea-making tradition, we strive for innovation while honoring our heritage, aiming to elevate our family's craft.
