Precautions 1. Once courses and workshops are successfully booked, all fees paid are non-refundable. 2. All courses cannot be rescheduled after the reservation is confirmed. 3. If the customer does not arrive at the studio 30 minutes after the appointment time, it will be treated as absent. 4. If the customer is absent from the courses and workshops, it will be deemed as an automatic abandonment. The paid tuition and materials will not be refunded and no make-up classes will be made. 5. Customers please arrive at the studio 5 minutes before class starts. 6. In the event of typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the class will be canceled (see the following severe weather arrangements for details), and make-up classes will be scheduled for other dates. Only make-up lessons must be completed within 2 months after the cancellation date. Overdue lessons will be dismissed. No refunds 7. Begleitan reserves the right to modify the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Begleitan's final decision will prevail. Adverse weather arrangements 1. In the event of a typhoon (No. 8 or above) or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued, the course will be canceled. 2. Under normal circumstances, if the typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal is canceled 4 hours before the class starts, the class will proceed as usual. 3. Begleitan reserves the final right to cancel or hold classes as usual due to bad weather conditions on the road.
