▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon purchase, an "E-Ticket Notification" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your text.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 design studio can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
