For quantities exceeding 600 grams, an additional $150 is charged per 300 grams or portion thereof. 2. Light Roasting ⋄ Enhances flavor purity and reduces bitterness and astringency. Minimum quantity: 150 grams (approx. 4 taels). For light roasting up to 600 grams (approx. 1 jin), a basic fee of $600 applies. For quantities exceeding 600 grams, an additional $150 is charged per 300 grams or portion thereof. 3. Medium Roasting ⋄ Develops roasted aroma and increases liquor body. Minimum quantity: 1800 grams (approx. 3 jin). For medium roasting up to 3000 grams (approx. 5 jin), a basic fee of $3000 applies.
