【**Halfday Tea Institute**】
Through slow brewing and precise heat control, we convey the brand's philosophy of " **A Slow Halfday ** ", inspired by the Tang poet Li She's poem <Climbing the Mountain>. The phrase "halfday" reflects the sentiment of finding brief respite in the ever-changing human world. "Baking tea" refers to the process of firing tea leaves. This roasting technique reduces bitterness, enhances the tea's aroma, and deepens its sweet aftertaste.

**Nestled on the well-drained Bagua Plateau in Mingjian, Nantou, the slightly acidic red soil here is exceptionally suited for cultivating tea trees and osmanthus. During the autumn harvest, workers meticulously hand-pick each osmanthus flower to ensure peak quality, a time-consuming yet essential step to preserve its full fragrance. This is followed by repeated scenting with the roasted oolong tea base, allowing the floral and tea aromas to meld seamlessly. The result is an elegant infusion that leaves a lingering fragrance of autumn in the throat.**
The fresh and elegant osmanthus aroma is both enduring and long-lasting, while the Four Seasons Oolong is known for its distinct and clearly defined flavor profile. When expertly blended, their characteristics complement each other perfectly. The first sip is greeted by the delicate scent of osmanthus, followed by its sweet floral notes. Gradually, the palate transforms to embrace the Four Seasons Oolong as the main character, its rich and slightly sharp profile delivering a direct tea experience. The tea's inherent sweetness provides a lingering finale.
