【**Halfday Tea Institute**】
Through slow steeping and precise heat control, we convey the brand’s philosophy of a "Halfday Slow Journey." The term "Halfday" is inspired by the Tang Dynasty poet Li She's poem "Climbing Mountains," reflecting a sentiment of finding a brief moment of peace amidst the transient human world. "Baking tea" refers to the process of firing tea leaves, which suppresses bitterness, enhances the tea's aroma, and deepens its sweet aftertaste.

**Located on the well-drained Bagua Plateau in Nantou's Mingjian Township, the slightly acidic red soil here is exceptionally suited for cultivating tea and osmanthus. To ensure the quality of the osmanthus flowers during the autumn harvest, workers meticulously hand-pick each blossom. This time-consuming effort preserves the flower's complete fragrance. Repeatedly infused with the semi-baked oolong tea base, the floral and tea aromas meld into a harmonious whole, leaving the palate with the lingering fragrance of autumn after each sip of the clear, elegant brew.**
The fresh, elegant, and long-lasting fragrance of osmanthus pairs seamlessly with the distinct and clear character of Four Seasons Spring tea. Once infused together, their qualities complement each other perfectly. The initial sip is met with the fresh scent of osmanthus, followed by its sweet floral notes. Gradually, the taste evolves, with Four Seasons Spring taking center stage – rich, slightly sharp, and offering a direct tea experience. Finally, the tea’s inherent sweetness provides a satisfying conclusion.

🔹Cold Brew Method:
1 Tea to Water Ratio: 1g : 100ml.
2 Place the tea leaves in a clean bottle with a lid and add 300-600ml of room temperature drinking water.
