Peter Stone Necklace. The main pendant features four central Peter Stone stones. Accompanying beads include Peter Stone round beads, sodalite tube beads, and 堇青石 (haüyne) faceted beads. The wire is antiqued pure copper, and the clasp is brass. The total necklace length is 58cm. The central pendant's dimensions (width x height, including the drop) are 9x11.3cm. This past year, I've focused more creative energy on metalwork. Consequently, I've produced fewer large-scale woven wire pieces. Several of my previous signature pieces have also found new homes, leading me to craft this piece, which I anticipate will be a centerpiece for some time to come. 😆 This also marks my 100th piece listed on Pinkoi, a small but significant milestone. The central stone is a substantial blue Peter Stone, nearly 4cm in length, which I've cherished for a long time. However, it's not just the main stone; the side stones, the hanging drop, and even the two round beads at the beginning of the necklace are all Peter Stones, each capable of being the focal point of a separate piece. When I initially designed it, I envisioned a structure with a main ornament and a drop. But because these Peter Stones exhibit a velvety sheen from both front and back, and both orientations of the frame looked appealing, I remained undecided until I was halfway through weaving the main frame for the three central stones. I posted black and white photos on Instagram Stories during the creation process, asking followers to guess the main stone. When a friend commented that it resembled a stingray, that perspective instantly resonated with me. From that moment, I saw it more and more clearly, and the final structure of the finished piece was determined. Every creation has its unique journey, and the story behind this piece's birth will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression. ❖ Product photos are mostly taken in natural daylight. Dimensions are listed as length x width (x thickness). ❖ Unless otherwise specified, metalwork and silver jewelry pieces do not come with a chain. For styling, besides commercially available silver chains, we recommend pairing with oxidized pure silver chains for a more harmonious tone. ❖ During the wire weaving process, slight crimps or cut marks on the wire may occur due to hand pressure. These generally do not affect wearability. ❖ "Artistic Copper Wire" refers to craft wire consisting of copper wire + plating + protective layer. "Red Copper Wire" and "Brass Wire" refer to bare copper wire (without plating). Silver wire will be specified as 925 or 999 silver. ❖ Natural stones may inherently have characteristics such as clouds, lines, mineral inclusions, or minor flaws from drilling or polishing. ❖ Shipping defaults to simple packaging, including clean protective materials and a shipping bag. A sealed bag will also be provided for storage. 【Artistic Copper Wire Woven Jewelry】 ❖ Artistic copper wire is a specialized craft wire consisting of pure copper wire + plating + protective layer. With normal use and care, the color can remain largely unchanged for several years. ❖ Because the surface has plating and a protective layer, please avoid using silver polishing cloths or toothpaste for cleaning, as this will rapidly wear away the plating. ❖ After wearing, please gently wipe away moisture (especially sweat) with a soft cloth and store in the provided sealed bag. ❖ Please try to avoid wearing during activities with heavy sweating, such as sports, or when visiting hot springs. This will not only accelerate wire wear but may also damage the natural stones. 【Unplated Copper Wire / Silver Wire Woven Jewelry / Metalwork Pure Silver Jewelry】 ❖ Red copper wire, brass wire, and silver wire are all unplated materials. Natural oxidation is normal and will gradually result in a bronze/antique silver appearance. The color changes and oxidation speed will vary depending on wear and individual body chemistry, which is part of the character of bare wire jewelry. Red copper wire tends to oxidize more quickly (potentially turning antique red within days to weeks), while brass and silver oxidize more slowly. ❖ Wire that has undergone a vulcanization (antiquing) process will have a more stable color tone compared to untreated wire, but polished areas will still gradually oxidize naturally. ❖ If you wish to clean oxidized areas, you can generally use a silver polishing cloth or gently scrub with toothpaste, then dry with a cloth or a cool hair dryer. ❖ After wearing, please wipe away moisture with a soft cloth and store in the provided sealed bag. ❖ Please try to avoid wearing during activities with heavy sweating, such as sports, or when visiting hot springs. This will not only accelerate wire oxidation but may also damage the natural stones. ❖ Unplated wire pieces can be sent back for re-polishing at a later date (only return shipping fees will apply). 【Natural Stones】 ❖ Natural mineral stones may inherently have characteristics such as clouds, lines, mineral inclusions, or black spots. There may also be minor flaws from drilling or polishing during processing. ❖ The natural stones used in the pieces are mostly semi-precious stones. Some stone types may have lower hardness (this will be clearly indicated). Please try to avoid contact with polishing items like silver polishing cloths or toothpaste when caring for the metal parts of the jewelry, as these can damage the natural stones. ❖ Please try to avoid wearing during activities with heavy sweating, such as sports, or when visiting hot springs, as this may damage the natural stones.
