Our Driftwood & Aquatic Plants landscapes feature natural stones adorned with various types of driftwood—such as sea hibiscus and rhododendron roots—and accented with aquatic plants for a lush, green aesthetic. Designer's Note Aquarium landscaping is much like interior design—it reflects the quality of the space and the taste of the owner, providing a sophisticated visual experience. However, overly complex landscapes can be difficult to clean and maintain. A single, static display can become monotonous over time, and long-term submersion can lead to algae growth, which may detract from the view. We have designed modular landscapes in sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL to fit various fish tanks, allowing you to curate your own aquatic world with ease. Soak the landscape in water for 3 days before changing the water and adding fish. 2. Driftwood may release a dark brown tannin into the water, which affects clarity but is harmless to fish. Please soak in clean water for several days first. 3. For optimal fish health, do not exceed one 1cm fish per liter of water to prevent oxygen depletion. 4. Do not overfeed; leftover food can spoil the water quality and encourage bacterial growth. 5. Perform regular water changes—replace 1/3 to 1/2 of the water with aged tap water, poured slowly. 6. Match the water temperature when changing; sudden temperature shifts can cause white spot disease in fish. 7. If algae grows on the landscape, remove and soak in clean water for several days with a small amount of bleach or baking soda to restore it.
