This all-in-one compact wallet, with its L-shaped zipper, can function as your primary wallet. Its exceptional usability comes from the three gussets that allow it to open wide. This structure ensures ample storage in each of the three compartments while making items easy to retrieve. Each side can hold approximately 10 bills and cards, with a central section for coins. The coin compartment is designed so that even if you close the zipper and shake the wallet, the coins will not spill out. Please be mindful of color transfer, especially when new. Avoid wearing it with light-colored clothing when you first start using it. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are preserved on the surface and back of the leather. This natural leather, intentionally crafted to showcase its character, results in a unique piece for each item. ◾️ Color Variation As the leather is finished using only dyes and no pigments, color adjustment is challenging, leading to natural color variations. There may be differences in color even within the same leather batch. This dye finish contributes to the authentic, natural aesthetic of the leather. ◾️ Variations in Texture and Grain The grain refers to the wrinkled pattern on the leather's surface. The density of this pattern can vary across a single hide, with some areas having more pronounced wrinkles than others. These variations are part of the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Italian Leather Markings, Size Indicators The numbers on the back are a mark of Italian leather, indicating the size of the hide. Each number is stamped once per hide and carries a distinctive aesthetic. As these are typically found on high-quality sections, they are left as is. Therefore, they may occasionally appear on the product. Personally, I find items with these markings quite appealing. ◾️ Water Stains The leather can absorb water, potentially leading to stains. Wiping it dry as soon as possible after it gets wet can help prevent stains. Applying a leather treatment like Renapur can provide water-repellent properties. ◾️ Traw (Stretched Areas) Traw refers to the streak-like patterns or wrinkles that appear in areas of intense stretching during the animal's movement. These are an inherent characteristic of natural leather, representing a unique expression of the material. They are not indicative of cracking or splitting. ◾️ Luxurious All-Leather Construction Without Lining Typical leather goods are made by bonding thin leather with core materials for strength, and often include an inner lining. However, unlike leather, linings can degrade over time, becoming sticky or tattered. To ensure longevity, this item is crafted using only substantial leather, without a lining, to leverage its inherent thickness and strength. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN benefits from oil-based maintenance, which enhances its longevity and develops a richer, more lustrous patina over time. For bags, apply oil approximately every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Renapur, available in our online store. Renapur is a leather treatment that conditions, adds shine, and provides water repellency. Small leather goods, due to frequent handling, naturally develop a lustrous sheen without the need for additional treatment. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a defect in the product. In the event of damage or defects caused by shipping accidents, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at our expense. ◾️ Lead Time As all items are made to order, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for small accessories and 3-4 weeks for bags.
