We can pre-adjust the size for you before shipping if you provide your approximate ring size. **Pearl Care & Storage**  For natural gemstones like pearls, please be mindful to avoid overly humid environments or drastic temperature fluctuations. Temperature and humidity can accelerate the decomposition or oxidation of organic gemstones. Due to the hardness and formation of organic gemstones, it is also advisable to avoid hot springs and baths, as well as products containing cleaning agents.  Do not wear pearls while bathing or visiting hot springs. Avoid using silver polishing cloths on pearls; simply clean them with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. A jewelry polishing cloth will be included. After wearing, gently wipe the ring clean and store it in the provided gemstone pouch.  For all natural gemstone and metal jewelry, it is not recommended to wear them while visiting hot springs or bathing. Chemicals can cause adverse reactions to the jewelry. Avoid direct contact with perfume and bleach. Please also refrain from storing jewelry in the bathroom or kitchen, as this can accelerate oxidation.  When not wearing sterling silver or K gold jewelry, try to minimize exposure to moisture and air. Wipe them clean with a soft, dry cloth or the provided polishing cloth, then store them in a sealed PVC bag. Each piece of jewelry should be stored separately to prevent scratches from collisions with other items or hard objects. **Natural Stone Inclusions** The natural stones used in NOW designs are collected from around the world, and each piece is unique, with most designs being one-of-a-kind. These stones are specially selected. We showcase their colors under different angles and lighting conditions for our clients. Natural stones may contain internal impurities (inclusions), which are unavoidable. If this is a concern, we advise against purchasing.
