**Pomey Rosy - sustainably grown tea from Northern Thailand** *Green tea with locally grown pomegranate, ginger and rose* Exceptional, sustainably grown teas from the hills of Northern Thailand. Our teas come from the original undomesticated Camellia Sinensis Assamica plant indigenous to the Thai highlands. It is an extremely rare tea used in less than 1% of tea cultivation worldwide. Unlike conventional plantation teas, our tea is grown in forests alongside diverse native plants and herbs, thriving in its natural habitat. This non-invasive cultivation method prevents deforestation and stands as one of the most sustainable approaches to tea planting, a practice unique to Northern Thailand passed down through generations. Our unique and rich blends are enhanced with natural fruit, flowers, and spice fragrances. From farming to packaging, each step of our process is approached with great care and passion. **| Hot Brew |** Brewing Ratio: 3g of tea for every 150ml of hot water Brewing Temperature: Green Tea: 85 - 95°C Black Tea: 95 - 100°C Oolong Tea: 95 - 100°C Brewing Time: First Brew: Approximately 1.5 minutes Second Brew: Approximately 1 minute Thereafter: Increase by 30 seconds for each subsequent brew **| Cold Brew |** Simply add 5g of tea to 500ml of cool filtered water in a pitcher and steep in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours. **| Tea Bag |** We create unique tea blends, carefully packaged in food-grade pure cotton pouches, using only the highest quality whole leaf teas, delivering a vastly superior flavor compared to common tea dust. For the fullest flavor, steep for 5-7 minutes. The tea bag can be re-brewed multiple times. (Just as you would in a teapot!) The natural essences used in our blends may cause a slight tint on the cotton tea bag. This does not affect the quality and is perfectly safe to consume. **Northern Thai Highland Tea Series** From indigenous wild tea trees in the highlands of Northern Thailand, covering less than 1% of global cultivation, making it exceptionally rare. **| Sustainably Grown Tea |** For generations, local tea farmers have cultivated tea in harmony with nature, growing tea trees alongside the original forest plants. This practice prevents excessive deforestation and protects the native ecosystem. The biodiversity fosters a balanced and harmonious environment, providing tea trees with a natural defense against pests, thus eliminating the need for pesticides or insecticides during cultivation. **| Fragrant Blended Teas |** Using highland tea as a base, we create blended teas with flavorful fruits, flowers, or spices. The rich and mellow highland tea, once blended, gains bright, delicate layers that linger on the palate. **| Hot Brew in a Small Pot |** Tea Quantity: A 1:50 tea-to-water ratio Water Temperature: Green Tea 85-95°C / Black Tea 95-100°C / Oolong Tea 95-100°C Brewing Time: First brew approximately 90 seconds / Second brew can be shortened to approximately 60 seconds. **| Cold Brew |** Tea Quantity: A 1:100 tea-to-water ratio Temperature: Prepare a lidded container, add tea leaves, and pour in the corresponding amount of room-temperature filtered water. Time: Steep in the refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours to enjoy. **| Tea Bags |** We use food-grade cotton pouches to create our tea bags. To experience the complete flavor profile, we recommend steeping the tea bag for 5 to 7 minutes. The tea bag can be re-infused three to four times. The natural fruit oils may impart a slight color to the cotton tea bag. Please enjoy with peace of mind.
