We hope that through the creation of this series, Taiwanese oolong tea will have more flavor and appearance, attracting more people to love oolong tea. Because the oolong tea table can represent Taiwan tea; Taiwan = oolong tea, oolong tea = Taiwan. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51552742610_1f1d2c202e_b.jpg **Discussion of the main flavor of tea:** In the world’s tea drinking statistics, black tea accounts for the highest market share. Therefore, black tea is the most "international" tea. However, oolong tea = Taiwan; Taiwan = oolong tea. Is it possible to have a Taiwanese specialty oolong tea that can show the warm characteristics of black tea? The answer is yes: "Taitung Red Oolong". Therefore, for this creation, Qi San chose to use the Taiwanese specialty tea "Taitung Red Oolong" with the highest degree of fermentation as the main theme to interpret the flavor of Pinkoi tea. In terms of tea color, red oolong is somewhere between Oriental Beauty and black tea. It has a bright orange-red color, a mild taste and a ripe and sweet aroma, and has an oolong glycolic aftertaste after entering the throat. **Similar flavors:** In terms of the richness of flavor, Qisan Teahouse uses Jinxuan (Taiwan Tea No. 12) grown in Nantou to make spherical green tea and hand-picked jasmine flowers in Changhua flower beds, with gardenia as a supplement. Create Taiwanese fragrant green tea. Baked with Taitung red oolong tea as the main flavor, decorated with Taiwanese fragrant slices and some fragrant oolong tea. This approach not only brings a diversified taste profile, but also adds surprise and fun to the taste buds when drinking tea. **Gardenia Scented Highly-Fermented Oolong Tea.** **It combines the richness of black tea with the sweetness of oolong.** The orange-red tea soup is embellished with the fragrant and ripe fragrance of gardenia, allowing drinkers to feel calm and peaceful while drinking. It is a multi-dimensional and balanced Taiwanese blended oolong tea. Honey, lychee, apple, peach... and other ripe fruit aromas; green tea aroma, jasmine, gardenia.
