Unlike PU or patent leather that may appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique markings and natural characteristics from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transport, and manufacturing are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid all marks, except for significant flaws. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such variations. Furthermore, as leather ages with use and time, it develops personal scratches and patina, darkening and gaining luster, gradually revealing a unique appearance that is truly one-of-a-kind. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays can have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors may not be consistent between orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a "custom item." Please specify your customization requests, such as "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no customization is noted upon ordering, the "embossed text" will be left blank. As each order is "custom-made to order," it cannot be resold to others (embossed text cannot be removed, and vegetable-tanned leather changes color upon contact with processing, hand oils, air, and light, making it unsuitable for long-term storage for resale). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "custom products" do not have an appreciation period and cannot be returned or exchanged.
