It can also be used to outline designs, with the interior remaining smudge-free when filled with water-based markers or watercolors. Suitable for use on PPC paper, recycled paper, packaging paper, Japanese paper, and certain fabrics such as cotton, linen, and polyester fibers. The ink is non-thermoplastic, so please avoid washing after stamping. Features excellent water and light resistance, is acid-free, non-toxic, quick-drying, and smudge-proof.
