・One ticket includes materials for one person. Only the ticket holder may participate in the session. Due to limited space and to ensure quality instruction, guests are not permitted.
・A minimum of 2 participants is required for the workshop to proceed. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified to reschedule or receive a refund.
・As materials are prepared in advance, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant.
・If you transfer your ticket, please inform us of the new participant’s name and contact information.
・Entry begins 15 minutes before the workshop. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals.
・In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), participants will be contacted to reschedule or receive a refund.
