【芗苗茗】Xīn Xiāng Wū Lóng
#Xinxiang Oolong, which is a light-medium fermented, green-hearted oolong, is the same as the famous Oriental Beauty. It has an original tea garden environment. During the growth process of the tea tree, the small-leaf green cicada inserts its beak like a needle into the young leaves to absorb the chlorophyll liquid, which delays the production of tea buds. Withering is called "withering".
Only the tea green tea that has been bitten by the green leafhopper can produce such a special aroma tea. The green leafhopper, which was regarded as a pest in the past, is also regarded as a treasure, and it is the best proof that it is natural and pesticide-free.
When the tea leaves are damaged by insects, the tea leaves produce a special chemical component, which can be transformed into the unique honey aroma of "Oriental Beauty Tea" during the tea making process. Monoterpene alcohols in tea buds have a sweet floral and wild aroma and play an important role in the aroma of tea. Volatile substances mainly composed of monoterpene alcohols and aromatic alcohols are in the form of bonded glycosides in the plant. It accumulates in the tea buds and, under certain conditions, is hydrolyzed during the tea production process to release the beautiful sweet aroma.
Different from Oriental Beauty's production process, Xinxiang Oolong is 20-30% light to medium fermented green tea. The spherical shapes of different sizes can be seen to have traces of manual rolling. Hot water is injected at about 80 degrees. As the young leaves unfold, the tea soup It shows a clear amber color, with a rich honey taste in the mouth, and a rich aroma of sweet ripe fruits such as peaches and cherries. After the honey aroma is revealed, it turns into a fresh floral aroma. In the last few brews, there is a delicate sweet scent of osmanthus, a unique aroma that lingers for a long time.
