This is a beautiful, vibrant red Sarasa Wakin.
It's a simple breed, but with four tails instead of a Funa-o tail,
it has a splendor that rivals Ryukin and Oranda.
Wagins other than Funa-o are known for their tall body, so I made this one with a slightly taller body in mind.
This piece was exhibited at Kingyo Bisho 2024.
