▾ Corrosive substances like hair dye, chlorine in swimming pools, sulfur in hot springs, and sea salt can cause permanent discoloration to silver, brass, and alloy jewelry. It is recommended to remove jewelry before water activities.
▾ To restore shine to oxidized silver, gently brush the piece with toothpaste using a toothbrush. Ensure the jewelry is completely dry after cleaning, as residual moisture can accelerate oxidation. Alternatively, use a polishing cloth to bring back its original luster.
