Purchasing Notes:
1. Proxy Purchasing Process:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service. Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase.
・To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. This includes modifications to items, shipping information, or complete order cancellations. Please press the "Request refund" button on the order page to cancel or place another order. If a product(s) has already shipped, you can return it within seven days of receiving it. Please see point three, "Refund & Exchange Policy", below for more details. Please note, the system will use the refund request submission time as the basis for determining whether the order can be canceled. No order cancellations will be accepted after the deadline.
・Please complete the Real-name Authentication within 3 days after the order is placed. If the Real-name Authentication is not completed, the cross-border package cannot be delivered, and the order will be automatically canceled by the system.
2. Product Inventory:
・All orders are subject to the supplier's actual inventory. Please note, there may be cases where the product is sold out or out of stock.
・If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order.
・If all items in the order are out of stock, the system will automatically cancel the order.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service and is considered a cross-border transaction. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns.
・Return Process
1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted.
2. After the system approves the refund request, please follow the instructions on the page and return the product(s) to the specified address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original packaging and ensure the product is unused.
3. After Pinkoi is notified that the product(s) is returned and confirms that there are no errors, the order refund will be arranged.

A wool knitted shawl dyed with natural dyes.
Made using fine merino wool yarn and tightly felted knit fabric.
The surface is smooth, pilling resistant, and the fabric is durable and easy to handle.
The fabric is a little heavy because it is tightly woven,
The triangular shape helps to reduce the weight, making the scarf easy to wrap even though it is large.

It's useful not only in winter, but also in early spring when you want to take off your coat, and to avoid air conditioning in summer.
Covers your back and waist.
It looks great whether you just drape it over your shoulders or wrap it around your shoulders.
The surface is short and fuzzy, like a T-shirt, and the elegant luster of the merino wool harmonizes well with the natural dyes.
All edges of the fabric are left raw.
The dye used is pine ink.
It is dyed lightly.
It is an elegant, shaded grey.
*The edges have been shrunk so they will not fray, but please be aware that they may stretch if subjected to strong force or hung for a long period of time.
If it stretches, use a steam iron to return it to its original shape. (If you pull it too hard, it will not return to its original shape.)
*Wash gently by hand using a neutral detergent. Or, dry in the shade after using the dry cycle on the washing machine.
- Do not tumble dry.
*Please avoid storing in direct sunlight or in humid places for long periods of time. This may cause discoloration or fading.
*The color will not fade immediately, but we can dye it again or re-dye it at any time.
