・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A fee of 30% of the ticket price will be charged to cover incurred expenses. As the instructor needs to prepare materials ten days in advance, refunds and exchanges are not accepted within ten days of the event date.
・If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. Rescheduling is not possible within ten days of the event date.
・Participation is limited to ticket holders. Unaccompanied guests who have not purchased a ticket are not permitted to enter or participate.
・To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please do not be late. Entry will not be permitted for those more than 30 minutes late, and no refund will be issued.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, the organizer will contact you proactively to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・If the class is canceled due to force majeure events, the organizer will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund. In the event of a typhoon, the closure and refund standards announced for the event's location will apply, regardless of the participant's location.
