This is a special cherry blossom tea in which ruffled petals of pickled yaezakura (double cherry blossoms) are floated in a Japanese tea blend. The petals open up in the hot water, creating a beautiful sight as well as tasting the cherry blossoms.

The tea set includes sencha tea bags blended with hibiscus, whose color is just like cherry blossoms, and salted cherry blossoms.
Quickly rinse the salt off the cherry blossoms with water and place them in a cup with the tea bags. Pour boiling water and wait 1-2 minutes before serving. Cherry blossoms can be eaten.
