| About the Origin of the MindFit Project |
We met in the Graduate Institute of Industrial Design at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Three women from different backgrounds shared a common vision: "How can we achieve better mind-body health?" We believe that a good state of being comes from the balance of mind and body, and this change should be simple and enjoyable.
With this idea, we dedicated over 700 days to research and development, continuously refining and optimizing, interviewing experts from various fields, and inviting hundreds of users to participate in testing. Ultimately, we created an intuitive and easy-to-use card tool for drawing and moving on the spot— "MindFit Cards."
We hope it becomes your daily companion, helping you connect your mind and body through action, and achieve more liberated mind-body-spirit growth.

Responsible for visual design and cross-disciplinary coordination. With over 10 years of cross-disciplinary design experience, skilled in various commercial design and project management. Responsible for character development and illustration. Adept at bringing characters to life on paper with delicate brushstrokes that capture the soul. With over 5 years of illustration project experience, skilled in character design, book cover and illustration design, and visual storytelling. Authored the picture book "I Don't Want to Be a Bad Wolf." Related illustration designs have been shortlisted for the National Children's Picture Book Competition, received an honorable mention at the Taipei Design Award, and a shortlist at Young Ones.
