. Participation in the production is limited to those who have purchased tickets, and those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to participate in the course together
. If you need to reschedule, please refund and repurchase the ticket
. If the number of people in the activity does not reach the number of people who start the class, the museum has the right to cancel the activity
. Admission is open__10 minutes before the activity. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please be careful not to be late. If you__late for more than__30__, you will not be able to enter the venue and you will not be able to refund the fee
. Students should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructors. If they violate the rules and cause damage or injury, they should be responsible for it

▶ Ticket sales notice and refund
. No physical ticket will be delivered after purchasing the ticket. Please present the notification letter of successful registration or the order to enter the venue on the day of the event

. If you cancel__8-13__days before the event, you will be charged__50%__handling fee

. In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the museum will take the initiative to contact and refund the full amount. In case of a typhoon, the suspension of classes announced by the government agency shall be the standard. If the participants are in the area of the suspension of classes announced, please notify by letter, and the museum will issue a refund after confirmation
. If the participation in the activity is suspended due to reasons not attributable to the museum, no refund will be made
