Tea farmers must hold the stem and gently pinch the leaves when picking. After the kill-green process, the leaves are rehydrated. The fermentation level is 20-30%, and the roast is 4-6 fen (a unit of roasting intensity). The aroma produced after roasting is as intense as freshly popped rice, yet possesses a gentle warmth. The tea liquor is transparent and free of impurities, as clear as amber. During pouring, the scent of osmanthus fills the room, with notes of peach lingering between the teeth and cheeks. It is like a youth – subtly sweet and reserved, leaving a free-spirited fragrance in the mouth. Brewing Method: Hot Brew 1. Place 4 grams of tea into the teapot (or cup); adjust the amount to your preference for strength. 2. Pour hot water at approximately 80°C into a 120cc teapot (or cup). 3.
