・After the order is placed and the payment is completed, the purchase details will be the proof of registration completion, and no paper purchase certificate will be sent.
・If you are unable to attend or reschedule after payment is completed, you can go to our fan page 3 days in advance or contact us by calling (02) 2371-4171. The rules are as follows:
. According to the Consumer Protection Council of the Executive Yuan, the basis for refunds is in accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 4 of the Tutoring and Continuing Education Act, and in accordance with Article 33 of the Short-term Tutoring Class Management Rules
A. For those who apply for refund sixty days before the course start date, the refund will be 95% of the agreed total amount of fees actually paid.
B. For those who submit a refund application between the 59th and 8th day before the course start date, the refund will be 90% of the agreed total amount of actual fees paid.
C. For students who apply for refund from the seventh to the first day before the course starts, the refund will be 80% of the agreed total amount of actual fees paid.
. The number of performances will be limited within 2 months after the postponement, and the venue will be informed proactively. Failure to inform will be deemed as a waiver. If you cannot comply with the extension time, please be sure to choose a refund.
. For the course on that day, since the handmade teacher materials and venue location have been prepared, no refunds or extensions will be accepted on the day of class, and those who do not show up will be deemed to have given up.
. In order to protect the rights of other students in class, those who are late for more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time on the day will be deemed to have given up.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. We will refund all fees by cash remittance.
・Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany or participate together. This is no longer the case unless parents and children under the age of 10 participate together, or the accompanying person must pay an additional $199 on site to watch the tablet content production together, and provide Free flow of green or black tea.
・Only those aged 10 or above can register for this event.
・Please enter the event on time. In order to make the experience event go smoothly, please be careful not to be late.
・Drinks and food are not allowed in the handicraft classroom at the event site. This course includes self-service black tea or green tea.
・Participants should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of on-site staff.
・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will contact you for an extension or refund.
・The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities based on needs and upload them to the After get off work community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions.
・If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
