Making Process
Choose from three designs: cat, dog, or bear! You can draw your own furry friend in a cute chibi style or turn a bear into your favorite character. From coloring and hammering hardware to hand-stitching, you'll feel a great sense of accomplishment upon completion, and you can use it as an EasyCard holder right away – super cute and practical!

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has successfully started before registering.
・After placing an order and completing checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unchecked orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
- According to the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee announcement and Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory and Continuing Education Law, and in accordance with Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. If no session is specified, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
- For the class day itself, as materials and seating arrangements are already prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted on the day of the class. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
- To protect the rights of other participants, arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany or participate, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent-child participation is intended. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please be punctual for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a refund.
・Photos and videos may be taken by the organizer during the event as needed and will be uploaded to xiabenhow's social media after the event. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event documentation or other promotional purposes in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
