No need to pre-adjust for tightness or looseness. Due to the handmade nature, the bracelet will be made to the most suitable size, with approximately 1cm of slack. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please specify in your order notes. ❤️ ●● Cords are consumables. It is normal for them to loosen or break after a period of wear! Regular cord replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● A 1-month warranty is provided. If the bracelet experiences issues like loose or broken cords during wear, we will replace the cord for free (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping fee). ● If the cord becomes worn after prolonged wear and needs replacement, a service fee of NT$100 will apply, plus the round-trip shipping fee. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and service fee of NT$200 will apply, plus the round-trip shipping fee (replacement of main ornaments or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the style).
