If you've opted for hot stamping, please specify the desired text in the order form's remarks section (hot stamping is limited to English letters, up to 12 characters including spaces). Additional charge of $150.

✔ To protect the rights of registered participants, accompanying guests are not permitted in the workshop area.
(Children under 10 require an adult companion to assist with the creation.)
✔ If you are unable to attend on your scheduled date, please contact us.
✔ Outside food and beverages are not permitted. (We offer delicious drinks and desserts for separate purchase.)
✔ Please remember to bring your reading glasses if you use them.
✔ Rescheduling is permitted only once, up to 4 days prior to the workshop date (excluding the workshop day itself). Refunds are not available.
✔ If you are a no-show on the day of the workshop, we will contact you via message. You will have 3 days (excluding the workshop day) to respond to reschedule. If no response is received, or if you choose to cancel, no refund will be issued.
✔ If you fail to attend a rescheduled session, no further contact will be made, and your right to attend the workshop will be considered forfeited.
