Thank you for taking a look at my artwork!
This piece was created as a sample for my commissions.
This artwork was created by me, Yuka Mitsufuji, a Japanese artist.
I’ve been strongly influenced by 1990s Japanese pop culture, having grown up watching *Sailor Moon* and *Dragon Ball*.
The line art is carefully drawn with pencil, and I use colored pencils and watercolor paints for the coloring, layering multiple colors to create a beautiful depth.
To add contrast, I outline the edges with darker pencil, making the piece even more striking.
I continue to study traditional art techniques with contemporary artists at an art school, which allows me to blend the best of both subculture and classical fine art into my work.
Now, why not display this stylish manga art in your room?
You could even keep it as a treasure in your desk drawer.
Showing it to friends will definitely spark interesting conversations.
