【Africa-Kenya Black Tea Kangtaita FBOPFSP】
Deng Deng Deng ~ Let me introduce to you "Kenya Black Tea"
We finally brought tea in from Kenya, a faraway kingdom, after many twists and turns. This black tea comes from the tea factory and tea garden established in 1965 in Kangtaita, Kenya.
In my original impression, African black tea is thick, dark, bitter and astringent. I don’t know what to do with it except adding milk. It turned out that I was wrong!!! As our partner said, we drink it every week. When we are testing new teas, it has been a long time since our eyes suddenly lit up after drinking a tea, and we felt like "this is it", which still makes us feel amazing! No matter what, we have to find a way to bring it in~
The brewed tea soup is clean and beautiful orange-red in color; it tastes smooth malt flavor and rich and bright citrus fruit aroma. It has a rich taste and is a vibrant tea. The dried tea is picked young,
Therefore, it still tastes sweet with the sweetness of the bud tips.
Whether it is a pure drink or fresh milk tea, it is a suitable item. Some customers feel that after adding fresh milk, it will taste a bit like #光quanfruitmilk. It is really kind of Kinder Surprising Egg surprise. Generally, we drink milk tea without sugar, but in the test, we also found that when making fresh milk tea, you can add a little sugar appropriately (it does not have to make the tea soup sweet), which will make its fruity aroma more unrestrained and vivid!
Its specialness comes from the fact that its taste does not currently belong to the taste classification of black tea from various production areas in our impression. It is its own style, but it is in line with everyone's favorite taste. Customers who have tried it in the store have also been deeply impressed by it. Impression! I sincerely recommend everyone, you must try this tea (please)! It is one of the nearly 40 types of Kenyan black tea that we have selected after many evaluations~
【Brewing method】
※ Hot bubble - drink alone
1. Warm the teapot
2. Put the tea bag into the pot and add 800~1000 CC hot water about 95~100 degrees C
3. Take out the tea bag after soaking for 3~4 minutes.
※Fresh milk tea
1. Put 1 tea bag into the pot and add hot water at 300~350C.C about 95~100 degrees C.
2. Soak for 5 to 10 minutes until the tea soup turns black and red (not suitable for drinking alone)
3. You can heat the fresh milk first and pour the tea soup according to your personal preference.
(Fresh milk will be more fragrant when heated to avoid lowering the temperature of the tea soup)
PS. (1) Add a little brown sugar or sesame, the fruit aroma will be better^_^
(2) If you like a richer taste, it is recommended to use a pot to make milk tea
(3) Before making iced milk tea, you can add a little sugar to enhance the tea aroma locked by low temperature. If the black tea soup is served with ice cubes or placed in the refrigerator,
There will be emulsification, and it is normal for the tea soup to become slightly white and turbid!
