‧ Tea leaves are sourced from local contract farms, adhering to "single origin" cultivation. 100% naturally cultivated tea leaves, recognized with domestic and international awards over the past decade.
‧ No herbicides are used. Unlike typical tea fields with bare pathways, we view these as an integral part of the natural ecosystem.

**Osmanthus Oolong Tea** - No artificial flavorings added. Fresh osmanthus flowers are combined with Oolong tea and meticulously roasted for an extended period, perfectly blending a delicate floral fragrance with a rich, lingering aftertaste. Golden petals adorn the clear tea liquor, releasing a subtle sweetness that tantalizes the nose, followed by a gentle, refined palate that blooms in the mouth like the fragrance of spring.
**Scutellaria Oolong Tea** - A rich Scutellaria flower aroma upon entry, lending a unique fragrance to the mellow Oolong tea, concluding with a soft jasmine note for a complex, refreshing, and sweet flavor profile.
**Oolong Tea** - A semi-fermented tea crafted following the traditional "green leaves with red edges" method. The tea liquor unfurls in hot water, revealing an amber hue akin to a sunset sky. Medium roasted to deliver the robust, lingering finish characteristic of Oolong tea, its aroma is mellow and sweet, leaving a rich fragrance in the cup even after the last sip.
**Ancient Early Flavored Black Tea** - A traditional Taiwanese specialty black tea. We utilize Assam (Taiwan Tea No. 8), naturally cultivated Taiwanese cassia seeds, barley, and other rich elements to recreate the cherished flavors of memory. The deep aroma of barley, combined with the solid foundation of Assam, embodies the warmth and sentiment of old Taiwan.
**Black Tea** - A unique creation by Small Tea Garden. Oolong tea is repeatedly roasted until matured into a dark Oolong tea, then combined with heavily fermented tea and subjected to repeated roasting in specific proportions. The roasted aroma and the layered flavors of the heavily fermented tea create a profound taste with a lingering sweetness, suitable for consumption during and after meals. Paired with sweets, its uniquely understated and mellow finish is further enhanced.
