Moderately oxidized and subjected to a medium roast, Mountain Mist offers robust notes of fruity sweetness and delicate hints of woody undertones with minimal astringency and a long-lasting soothing and refreshing aftertaste. - The Mountain Mist tea is an authentic oolong tea from Taiwan. Made from the Jin Xuan cultivar, also known as Tai Cha No. 12 or Golden Daylily, Mountain Mist has a classic character full of fruity sweetness and woody notes that are brought out by moderate oxidation and a subsequent medium roast. — Tea Type｜Jin Xuan breed Process｜Half oxidation Half roasted Format｜Loose leaf 150g ** Brewing Guide ** ● Cold Brew Place 3g of loose-leaf tea or 1 tea bag into 300–500ml of cold water. For a bolder flavor, you may use 2 tea bags.
