After placing your order, please send a clear photo for customization. 2. If you have specific design ideas, please message us first to discuss. **3. Each designer has a unique style. Please review the designer's sample works on the product page to ensure you like their style before ordering. This helps avoid multiple revisions that may not meet your expectations or preferred aesthetic.** 4. Upon completion of the initial draft, we will ask for your confirmation. Please provide any minor adjustments you require. 5. After the second confirmation of the draft, we will proceed with production. 6. Portrait customization design time: 3 or fewer people require 3-5 business days; 6 or fewer people require 5-8 business days; 8 or fewer people require approximately 12 business days. \Laser Engraving Customization Notes/ 1. Please confirm which product you wish to engrave on (e.g., camping plaque, door plate, etc.). 2. Ordering process: Confirm engraving content and amount → Place order and pay → Provide photos → Designer creates draft (production time as per above) → Initial draft confirmation → Second draft review → Plaque production (approx. 5-10 business days) → Shipping (1-2 days for delivery). 3.
