Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the common nickel-chromium alloys found in mass-produced items. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, there should be no issues with allergies. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing the earrings, it might be due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and it's rarely solely due to the earring post material. We recommend undergoing an "allergen screening" at a hospital, which may incur a significant out-of-pocket cost, to clarify the cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016 and have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, we haven't had any customers report allergic reactions. Can they be converted later? What's the cost? A: Yes, they can be converted 😊 We offer basic after-sales service: "Ear Post to Clip-on (Free)" "Clip-on to Ear Post (Free)" Simply mail the item you wish to convert back to us, along with $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ We will not ship the converted item without the return postage or cash included!! We are not obligated to store the item, and if there is no response within three days, it will be disposed of as discarded advertising mail. ⚠️ (If sending via convenience store drop-off, please contact us via message.) We will then begin production based on your selections! Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic currently doesn't allow for such intricate designs. These are all handmade. To suit Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them during activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after placing an order will it take for shipping? A: (Production & Shipping) Monday to Friday (No Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays As we participate in markets and events, and because postal services do not operate on weekends, we ship all orders between Monday and Friday.
