【Yanxiang Tea】Red Narcissus Hóng Shuǐ Xiān
"Red Narcissus" is made by hand fermentation. The warmth retained by baking is released after boiling water is poured into it. It is like the fragrance of rice filling the sky during harvest, rushing into the nose to celebrate the harvest; it is fresh and salty in the mouth, and the texture is thick and soothing. Covering the mouth, it is sweet and mellow, and the aroma of ripe fruits appears. The aroma of flowers and fruits blends into a sweet smile. It continues to reverberate after entering the throat, and the floral fragrance is eager to be released in the throat.
After four or five punches, the fragrance of narcissus blooms on the lips and teeth, with a lingering aftertaste. The aroma of roasted sugar left at the bottom of the cup after initial brewing gradually turns to a sweet scent of sugar, and then a few traces of floral fragrance remain in the cup, including flowers and honey. It's flying in the past, but it's a bit pure and sweet in my heart.
After drinking the tea, you purse your mouth slightly, and you are enveloped by countless cool and refreshing aftertaste. The aroma of pine trees, flowers, and mountains are all present. Brewing method:
hot stamping method
1. Take 4 grams of tea and put it into a pot (cup); adjust the intensity according to personal preference.
2. Pour hot water with a temperature of about 80℃ into a 120c.c. pot (cup).
3. Wait for about 30 seconds, then pour out the tea soup and drink.
4. Can be brewed several times.
