We use only the best Uji green powdered tea from Kyoto Prefecture, ground on a millstone.
Grinding matcha with a millstone is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process, but it is only possible to enjoy matcha with all five senses: taste, aroma, color, and froth.
The Tamba Dainagon is a high-grade Dainagon produced in Hyogo Prefecture, which is said to produce only 1% of the total amount of matcha in Japan.
The product is delivered in Kyoto Kiyozumi's original high-class package.
