▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared after order payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 design store can issue a unified receipt. If you require a company invoice with a Tax Identification Number (TIN), please provide the company name and TIN in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
