Verify Your Custom Key Case All custom handmade items are made to order and are not pre-made. Please confirm if the key for your desired key case matches the product in (Image 2) to avoid errors. The items sold in this shop are only the key cases; the key in (Image 2) is for customer reference and confirmation only and is not included with the product. All products have been tested to ensure they do not interfere with the sensing signal and can be used directly. Our fully-wrapped cases are suitable for Keyless smart keys. They are not applicable if your car requires inserting a physical key for ignition!!️ Our exclusively designed cases feature a reserved opening, allowing for easy installation or battery replacement without damaging the main body. Unlike traditional methods where the edges are sealed shut, causing difficulty in removing the key. 2. Leather Color Selection Choose your preferred leather color by referring to the color charts provided (Images 5 & 6). Due to the complex dyeing process of vegetable-tanned leather, which differs from the uniform brightness of synthetic leather, slight color variations may occur between different batches of leather. Furthermore, screen output differences across various phone and computer brands can also cause slight color discrepancies. If you are sensitive to color, we recommend choosing black. Perfectionists, please refrain from ordering. 3. Production Time ⚒ To achieve the delicate, three-dimensional curves of our purely handmade items, multiple intricate steps are required. We strive to complete your order as quickly as possible; production time is 5 days. If you have specific time constraints for gifting, please contact us to arrange for expedited processing at an additional cost. Leather Introduction Made from 100% premium Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide, extracted using natural plant tannins. Paired with high-quality brass hardware from Taiwan and Japan. Natural vegetable-tanned leather, unlike synthetic leather, does not have a chemical coating on its surface. Characteristics such as grain lines, color changes due to friction, insect bites, and minor scratches are normal natural features of the leather and cannot be presented to industrial standards. Craftsmanship Techniques Our key cases utilize leather shaping techniques, leveraging the strong, resilient properties of vegetable-tanned leather, shaped and fixed using traditional methods. Meticulous hand-cutting ensures near-symmetrical fit, with precise hole-punching for stitching. Purely handmade traditional double-needle stitching, using German parachute thread for high strength and durability. Incremental polishing and repeated buffing create a smooth, refined edge.
