Creative idea:
The popularity of the Tianmu Bowl originated from the Dou Tea in the Northern Song Dynasty. The origin of this kind of utensil has a history of 1,000 years. Although the Ming and Qing dynasties were no longer fired, the prosperity of the Japanese tea ceremony made Tianmu tea bowls always dazzle on the craft stage. In recent years, many ceramics workers are committed to the reproduction and innovation of Tianmu tea bowls, as if this craft has entered a glorious period. In order not to let the tea cup break away from the level of life and become a pure decoration, we will focus on the practical nature of the tea cup, remove the delicate methods, and let the original value of the tea bowl appear.
Other notes:
* The pictures of the works are all taken with real products. It is inevitable that there will be chromatic aberration in photo shooting and various screens and different ambient light sources.
* Non-grouting and non-compression moulding with irregular hand marks.
* To produce a rough texture, the clay is mixed with quartz particles and has glaze flow or fine pinholes, creating a rustic feature.
