*By registering and completing payment, you agree to the studio's registration and refund policy. Please read the following details carefully before payment to avoid any unnecessary disputes.*
⚠️ After registering for a class, please record the date in your calendar. No separate reminders will be sent.
⚠️ No refunds will be issued after payment. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member (please inform us at least five days prior to the class, along with the name of the attendee, for arrangements), or reschedule for one make-up class. Make-up classes must be completed within 30 days from the original class date (make-up classes will be held at the Taichung studio).
• A material and administrative fee of NT$1000 will be charged for make-up classes. You will need to join an existing class session; a new class will not be scheduled.
• If you cancel or do not attend the make-up class on the scheduled day, it will be considered a forfeiture of the make-up opportunity, and no further make-up classes will be offered.

📌 Due to limited space and seating in the studio, please refrain from bringing companions to general classes, except for parent-child classes. We appreciate your understanding.
📌 Photography is permitted during class. Video recording is limited to 3 minutes, and audio recording is allowed. Please do not record the instructor or assistants to respect their intellectual property.
📌 Each class will provide a gift box and a tote bag. You are also welcome to bring your own containers.
📌 To ensure a quality learning experience for all students, entry to the classroom will be permitted 10 minutes before the class starts. Please avoid arriving too early or too late, allowing the instructor to focus on preparing materials and the space for the day.
📌 If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your spot will be automatically cancelled. To avoid disrupting the learning progress and environment of other students, late entry is not permitted. Handouts must be collected from the studio after the class concludes; they will not be mailed.
