Safety Assurance
● Upon check-in at the event, your ID will be verified. If you do not bring your ID, are found to be not the registered person, or are not single, your participation will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. (Verified Real Identity)

● You may use a nickname during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous Participation)

Other Notes
I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the event until the day of the event, and no refund will be issued.
▼ If you withdraw from the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for postponement or refund.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Date or Other Activity Changes:
▼ Changes to the date or other activities can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). However, only one change is permitted.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or activity, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
▼ Once a date or activity has been changed, cancellations are no longer accepted.
▼ Changes to the date or activity are not accepted from 3 days before the event until the day of the event.
III. Electronic invoices will be sent to your email after the event. You will be notified separately if you win the lottery. If you require a three-part invoice, please note this in the remarks section during registration.
