・Participants: 6-15 people per session (Minimum enrollment: 6 people)
・Includes: 1 Floating Flower Bottle (Width 7.5 x Height 14 cm with lid x Thickness 3.5 cm), 1 Lamp Base, on-site tools and consumables, gift bag
・Location: 5th Floor, No. 524, Mingcheng 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City (xiabenhow Kaohsiung Workshop)
・Transportation: Take the MRT Red Line to "Aozidi Station," exit 3. Walk straight along Boyai 2nd Road for about 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Louis Electric Company Kaohsiung Plant" across the street. The entrance to the workshop is next to "睦 MARS 創客太空站" (MARS Maker Space). Walk straight to the end and take the elevator to the 5th floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders placed without payment are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will be closed immediately, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are based on the following:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
* Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original class date, provided you actively inform us of your preferred new session. Failure to notify us will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled date, please opt for a refund.
* For cancellations on the day of the class, as the instructor's materials and seating arrangements have been prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Non-attendance will be considered forfeiture.
* To protect the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased a ticket are not permitted to enter or join, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a change of session or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must comply with the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to reschedule or provide a refund.
・The event may be photographed by the organizer as needed, and these photos will be uploaded to xiabenhow's social media after the event. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event records or other promotional purposes in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
