・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before proceeding with your registration.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders not checked out after placement are considered incomplete registrations. Enrollment spots will be closed immediately once full, and orders not checked out will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Administrative Regulations of the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, and Article 33 of the Regulations for Private Tutoring and Continuing Education:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months, provided you actively inform us of your chosen date. Failure to notify us will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Non-attendance will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, arrival more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate jointly, unless a child requires assistance from a parent to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please contact the venue in advance for inquiries.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive punctually. To ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively arrange for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes (e.g., on xiabenhow's social media). Photos or videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or future recruitment campaigns.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
