In order to know the true appearance of this variety, when we made the Zhuan version, we also made a non-Zan version of this variety. Under the "Changcha" production process and proper roasting, this "Cinnamon" has the core water body that we are proud of, and a flavor structure that has never appeared in the Changcha system.
This variety has a very powerful aftertaste and has aromas similar to star fruit, caramel and plum. Compared with its relative Wuyi variety, which is also our signature variety, it not only has the same depth as Wuyi, but also has the rising feeling of Qingxin Oolong.
