【Turtle time hot punching method】
1. Warm pot: Pour hot water into clay pots/other pots to help the teapot simply warm up, and pour out the water after 30 seconds.
2. Dry incense: Put an appropriate amount of tea into the pot (approximately spread the bottom of the pot tightly, about 7 grams per person, which can be adjusted according to personal preference). You can get close to the container and enjoy the healing sensation that the hot steam will evaporate the aroma of tea leaves.
3. Warm foam:
The globular leaves of Oolong tea are firmer. Pour 95-100 degrees Celsius hot water into the pot to soak and immediately pour the water out. This will warm up the tea leaves, help the subsequent teas to stretch, and release the tea soup more easily.
4. Tasting and brewing: Pour in the hot water, cover the tea lid and let it sit for about 1.5 minutes, then pour it into the public cup. It is recommended to collect the tea soup from the public cup for 2 to 3 rounds and enjoy the advantages of each round together.
5. The time of back-flushing can be increased by 15~30 seconds for each time of infusion.
*A total of 6 to 7 times can be made from the warm foam.
It is recommended to use a clay pot, which has relatively slow heat dissipation and better heat preservation, and provides an easy-to-stretch space inside the pot.
[Simply soak for office workers]
1. Spread the tea leaves on the bottom of the tea net.
2. Hang the tea net on the mug.
3. Move to the pantry, gossiping with colleagues, while carefully rushing in about 350cc of 90-95 boiling water.
4. Let stand for 2~3 minutes, the leaves will spread slightly and the tea soup will turn yellow. Take the tea net and drink it.
For the next brewing, add 1 minute for each delivery, which can be brewed 2-3 times.
[Sleep and cold soak method]
1. According to the ratio of 500cc of water to 5 grams of tea, put the tea into the water bottle.
2. Put it in the refrigerator and let it stand overnight (about 8-10 hours). After getting up in the morning to filter out the tea leaves (to avoid bitterness), you can enjoy it easily.
