1. The starting time of reservation period/two sessions on weekdays is:
Monday to Friday 09:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00
2 sessions on weekends 09:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00
2. Reservation time/please confirm the experience time after payment (at least three days in advance)
3. Experience time/about 3 hours, depending on on-site conditions
4. Target audience: Only those over 12 years old can register (if you are under 12, please write to inquire)
5. Product selling price/includes all costs (including materials, typing, lecturers, packaging), no additional fees are required.
6. One person’s experience is 1,680 yuan. For the number of two people’s experience, please press 2 (two people cannot make one material). If you need to register for more than 4 people, you can send a private message to inquire. Enterprises and groups are also welcome to send a private message to inquire.
7. Parking nearby/
Because the workshop is close to the dusk market, there is a parking lot where vehicles can be parked. The parking lot is more convenient and has more vacancies in the morning; the parking lot will be full after 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

【Precautions】
1. Please purchase tickets and complete the reservation 3 days in advance. If you need to reschedule, please private message or call the station.
2. When placing an order, please carefully select the style you want to experience. If there is a temporary change on site, you can choose an equivalent payment.
3. Only those who have made a reservation can participate in the production. Those who have not made a reservation are not allowed to participate in the course together, nor can two people share the same material for production.
4. If you want additional services, you need to pay on-site. Each service takes 5-7 working days, so the works cannot be taken home on the day of the experience.
5. During the experience class, there may be a need for side shots or product shots after the experience and upload them to Facebook fan pages, IG, etc. after the event. In the future, photos and images containing portraits or products may be used for event records or other enrollment promotion purposes. If you do not agree, please inform the staff at the event site.
6. Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late.

【Cancellation and Change】
Cancellation method:
1. If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
2. 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the cancellation is notified 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
3. All lecturers must prepare materials in advance. In order to protect the rights of lecturers, if the ticket is refunded due to personal factors of the consumer, or the organizer is not responsible for the suspension of participation in the event, cancellations will not be accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the day of departure, and no refund will be given .
4. It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 7 days before the departure date, you can transfer your place. However, please be sure to provide the agent with the name and contact information of the participant.
5. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
[How to change the date]
1. The date can be changed within 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), only once.
2. If there is a price difference after the change, the overcharge will be refunded and the underpayment will be made up.
3. Events that have been rescheduled cannot be canceled.
4. Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day.
5. It is recommended that if you need to reschedule within 3 days before the departure date, you can transfer the place, but please be sure to inform the agent of the name and contact information of the participant.
