One wedding document (must be signed or stamped by two witnesses aged 20 or above) 2. Both parties' National Identification Cards. Foreign nationals should bring their passports. 3. Both parties' Household Registration Books 4. One 2-inch close-up photo of each person taken within the last two years (white background, ears and eyebrows visible) 5. Fee for replacement National Identification Card: NT$50 per card 6. Fee for replacement Household Registration Book: NT$30 per copy ◖ Registration Process and Notes ◗ 1. Registration can be completed at any household registration office nationwide. 2. Both individuals registering their marriage must be present in person. Witnesses do not need to be present; their signatures or stamps are sufficient in advance. 3. Please note: If a witness uses a hyphenated surname (e.g., married name), ensure their full name, including the married surname, is written exactly as it appears on their ID card. 4. Upon arrival at the household registration office, please take a queue number first. 5. When your number is called, proceed with registration, submitting all required documents and the completed wedding document. 6. Pay the fees and collect your updated documents and identification. 7. Congratulations! You are now officially married! Once I receive your order, I will arrange the shipment for a suitable date or confirm if your requested date is feasible. 📍 Please be aware that there might be slight color variations between the product photos and the actual item. Those who are perfectionists should refrain from purchasing. 📍 It is recommended to choose the "uncut wedding document" to comply with A4 size standards. Trimming may involve manual errors, so please only purchase if you accept this possibility.
